Help! Help! I need Blogland to help me!
Can anyone please tell me what is going on, every time I have a post that has more than a few pictures the pictures stack on top of each other. When I hit the preview button it looks fine then when I post it the picture are stacked. The post I did this morning on the Etsy Seller looked fine when it was posted now when I view it this evening the pictures are stacked on each other. Has this happened to anyone before? How do you fix it?
Any help I could get would be great!

Hello! Are you using blogger to post? I found it rubbish and things never looked the same as they did when I drafted them so I switched to livewriter and it's so much better - things look the way they do in the draft and it's easier to use if you're used to microsoft word like I am :)
ReplyDeleteP.s. I love your blog, so full of inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI am using blogger to post, I didn't know there was any other way. Thanks I'll check out livewriter. Thanks so much
ReplyDeleteP.S. love your blog too, I'm now a follower
I've been very frustrated with Blogger lately and recently downloaded Live Writer. I like it a lot and have to just play around with picture size.
ReplyDeleteTrixie, it could also be that the body of your post is set to a shorter length that what you think it is. Check with your blog designer. If it is, it'll stack your pictures after publishing. The reason it doesn't look that way when you preview it is because the length of the body is tied to the publishing space, not the creating space. Make sense?
ReplyDeleteAnother thing, when you're putting your pictures into your post, after you've loaded one, be sure your cursor is BELOW that picture BEFORE you upload the next. I've found that sometimes I have to enter a line of text between the pictures, and then before I post, remove that text. Don't know why that makes a difference, but it's fixed some picture posting problems for me.
Sounds like I may need to try out that Live Writer myself.
Hope this helps.
Hey Trixie,
ReplyDeleteIf you're still on blogger for posting, make sure your settings are on the updated version.
dashboard
settings
global settings/select post editor
then select 'updated editor'
It's much improved over the 'old editor'.

Thanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteGuess we should try live writer too! Great blog BTW!
ReplyDeleteI switched to live writer today and it worked great. Thanks
ReplyDeleteYou need to download and use Windows Live Writer. It makes blogger obselete. If you have any questions on how to download it email me at jdy277@aol.com.
