Destination Chair

P1050538(1)

I took an old ice cream parlor chair that I found at a garage sale and funkified it.
This is what the chair looked like before.
P1050445(1) I wasn't crazy about the curly scrolls on the top so I cut them off and grinded down the welds with a table grinder.
The frame just needed a fresh coat of cream spray paint.
For the back and seat fabric, I used my black and cream chevron and destination fabric, both are from my new line of fabrics.

I call it the DESTINATION CHAIR.

P.S. I'm for sale at my ETSY store.

  2. Like Dorothy's shoes, do you have to click your heels together or anything? ... Do you get frequent flyer miles?

...Quirky, but I LIKE IT! the metal scrolly detail and fabric choices are great together.
