Online Furniture Shopping

Have you ever bought a large piece of furniture online?

My mom has been looking for a new king bed and unfortunately there isn't a ton of selection in our town, so I thought I would look online, why not right?

Many online stores offer good shipping rates and competitive prices. Here are a few I thought she might like and since she's on a budget I had to keep price in mind. All these King beds were under $600.00, which I think is a great price.

Can you see I'm loving the upholstered beds?

 

I'm thinking my Mom also needs a sleeper sofa for her spare room so when company comes they have a comfy place to sleep.

I love neutral colored sofas. Keeping larger furniture pieces like a sofa, neutral, allows you the flexibility in the future to change out the look of your room by just changing your wall color, pillows and accessories. It's a great way to keep things fresh and new without spending a ton of money.

  1. I think buying furniture online makes perfect sense. You get better deals and usually free shipping. Works for me.
    I once bought our refrigerator online. I had been shopping for one for about six months. But no good deals. Found on online and it was a great deal and shipping was free. Coolness!!

  2. I AM IN LOVE WITH YOUR BLOG! :) My sister sent me over and I must say - I want everything I see! ha! Seriously though, all my favorite things - that blue is yummy! Turquoise looks so perfect with white and natural colors. I have a turquoise wardrobe. I hesitated for a moment before doing that and then I just went for it!

  4. I bought my sons bed online. I wanted something very specific for his room and after a lot of searching I found it (clearanced no less!) The only problem I had was that the box was falling apart when I got it and several pieces were banged up or missing. The company made good on it but it's something to keep in mind if you are working with a deadline.

  6. I have bought several online pieces. All were great online, unfortunately, something happens in delivery. I have had to return no fewer than 5 items, due to chips, cracks, something. And then its hard to get it off your bill. You really have to be carefful no matter how reputable the company. But I am looking at a chair right now that was my favorite purchase online....from eBay!
